剧外，诸葛亮饰演者王洛勇一段英文版《出师表》，好评如潮。

其实，有着“百老汇中国第一人”之称的王洛勇，刚到美国时只会说YES和NO。
1985年，王洛勇从上海戏剧学院毕业留校任教，萨日娜、郭冬临、高曙光等都曾是他的学生。
次年，他远赴美国寻梦，学语言、学表演、为自己争取角色，终于成为百老汇经典舞台剧《西贡小姐》的主角，6年连演2478场，票房收入约3.7亿美元。
借此，王洛勇获得美国福克斯演员奖最佳男演员奖，被纽约时报评为“百老汇的百年奇迹”。

2001年，王洛勇回到上戏为表演系学生授课，胡歌、韩雪、袁弘都是他回国后的第一届学生。
国内观众也开始通过《焦裕禄》，
《生死卧底》中的朱阳光，
舞台剧《简?爱》中的罗彻斯特等角色，熟悉了王洛勇这个名字。
再到近期的《虎啸龙吟》。本来是来看司马懿的，结果硬是被诸葛亮圈了粉。
看他独白《出师表》，不禁潸然泪下。
女装吴秀波背诵《出师表》，稍显“油腻”，
相比之下，对岸的王洛勇发挥稳定，眼神、动作里全是戏。
丞相“鞠躬尽瘁，死而后已”的形象早已深入人心，但王洛勇演绎的诸葛亮，更像个总是苦着脸的，像老妈子一样操心的，正直善良的老好人。
难怪有网友表示，唐国强版太神太仙，陆毅版太帅太悲，王洛勇版最有血有肉！

Permit me to observe:

今天下三分，益州疲敝，此诚危急存亡之秋也。

盖追先帝之殊遇，欲报之于陛下也。
Because they remember the late emperor, all of them, and theywish to repay his kindness in service to you.
诚宜开张圣听，以光先帝遗德，恢弘志士之气
This is the moment to extend your divine influence, to honourthe memory of the late emperor and strengthen the morale of yourofficers.
不宜妄自菲薄，引喻失义，以塞忠谏之路也。
It is not the time to listen to bad advice, or close your earsto thesuggestions of loyal men.
亲贤臣，远小人，此先汉所以兴隆也。
The emperors of the Western Han chose their courtiers wisely,and their dynasty flourished.
亲小人，远贤臣，此后汉所以倾颓也。
The emperors of the Eastern Han chose poorly, and they doomedthe empire to ruin.
先帝在时，每与臣论此事，未尝不叹息痛恨于桓、灵也。
Whenever the late Emperor discussed this problem with me, helamented the failings of Emperors Huan and Ling.
臣本布衣，躬耕于南阳，苟全性命于乱世，不求闻达于诸侯。
I began as a common man, farming in my fields in Nanyang, doingwhat i could to survive in an age of chaos. I never had anyinterest in making a name for myself as a noble.
先帝不以臣卑鄙，猥自枉屈，三顾臣于草庐之中，咨臣以当世之事。
The late Emperor was not ashamed to visit my cottage and seek myadvice.
由是感激，遂许先帝以驱驰。
Grateful for his regards, I responded to his appeal and threwmyself into his service.
先帝知臣谨慎，故临崩寄臣以大事也。
The late Emperor always appreciated my caution and, in his finaldays, entrusted me with his cause.
受命以来，夙夜忧叹，恐托付不效，以伤先帝之明。
Since that moment, I have been tormented day and night by thefear that i might let him down.
故五月渡泸，深入不毛。
That is why I crossed the Lu river at the height of summer, andentered the wastelands beyond.
今南方已定，兵甲已足。
Now the south has been subdued, and our forces are fullyarmed.
当奖率三军，北定中原，庶竭驽钝，攘除奸凶，兴复汉室，还于旧都。
I should lead our soldiers to conquer the northernheartland and attempt to remove the hateful traitors, restore thehouse of Han, and return it to the former capital.
此臣所以报先帝 而忠陛下之职分也。
This is the way I mean to honor my debt to the late Emperor andfulfill my duty to you.
愿陛下托臣以讨贼兴复之效。
My only desire is to be permitted to drive out the traitors andrestore the Han.
不效，则治臣之罪，以告先帝之灵。
If I should let you down, punish my offense and report it to thespirit of the late Emperor.
陛下亦宜自谋，以咨诹善道,察纳雅言，深追先帝遗诏。
Your Majesty, consider your course of action carefully.Seek outgood advice, and never forget the last words of the lateEmperor.
臣不胜感激 今当远离。
I depart now on a long expedition, and I will be forevergrateful if you heed my advice.
临表涕零，不知所言。
Blinded by my own tears, I know not what I write.
