美国国务院当天发布通知称，作为“正义奖励计划”的一部分，将支付奖金用于帮助寻找哈姆扎?本?拉登的所在位置，


通知还称，本拉登之子哈姆扎?本?拉登已经成为“基地”组织的领导人。
根据此前媒体报道，多年来，哈姆扎的下落一直为人们所猜测。有报道称，他身在巴基斯坦或阿富汗，也有消息称，他被软禁在伊朗。                                                              ?
