洪峰很快就要来了，听说南部地区要撤离
现在很多人家院子里化雪已经淹了，这两天又要有大规模的降雨降雪
据说rona和home depot的抽水磅已经脱销了
有过经验的都来说说如何防洪抗洪吧
97年我们不在这里~~

温尼泊有排水渠应该没有问题，听说只要检查一下地下室的泵和sewer backup(不知道什么玩意儿)正常工作就没有问题了。市区有问题的主要是Scotia Street那一带的房子，300多家吧，都已经发放了沙袋了。其他地区都应该没有问题。97年的时候，winnipeg还在城区外临时建了一道42公里的大坝阻止河水入城。

今天我到南部，看到Red River和Morris River已经大涨了。估计月底就要疏散居民了。75号路准备要封闭了，但是最后的疏散令还没有下发呢。这场雨来的绝对不是时候。

没那么严重啦，只是南部一些乡村地区可能受影响。
The latest flood forecast issued this afternoon also identifies 11 communities for partial closing of the ring dikes during the expected flood -- Aubigny, Brunkild, Dominion City, Emerson, Gretna, Letellier, Morris, Rosenort, St. Adolphe, Ste. Agathe, and St. Jean Baptiste.

With a storm expected to dump more rain and snow into Red River Valley over the next two days, Manitoba Water Stewardship’s Hydrologic Forecast centre still expects only a 10 per cent chance of flood that would equal the 1997 levels.

The Red River’s crest is expected to arrive in Manitoba at Emerson between April 5 -10. The crest in Winnipeg is anticapated from April 12-17
