Administrative assistant Bond Immigration Services Ltd. provides expert immigrationadvice and assists our clients through the application process forimmigration, education and employment. We provide services to students,workers, business persons and family members that wish to immigrate to Canada.We help our clients embark on a reliable personalized immigration path. We arecurrently seeking a full-time administrative assistant to join our team. The roles: · Document recording and filing and maintainingdocument control procedures · Monitor collection of client documents · organize and prepare documents for school andimmigration application · Record, monitor and report on case progress · support day-to-day consulting office activities · Scheduling appointments with clients · Greet visitors and provide exceptional customerservice · other duties, as assigned The ideal candidate: · Canadian citizenship or permeant resident isrequired · 1+ years of administrative experience ispreferred · Excellent organizational skills and highattention to detail and accuracy · Solid computer skills with proficiency in AdobeAcrobat Pro, MS Word and MS Excel · Critical thinking and research skills areessential · Excellent oral and written communication · Multi-language speaker is preferred · A professional, responsive and positive workattitude · Team player but also can work independently · Certificate from a recognized university orcollege education We wish to thank all applicants for their interest, however,only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
