I have 1 (of 2) fully furnished bedroom in a lower level suite available for rent near the University of Manitoba. The other bedroom is currently occupied by a male Chinese University of Manitoba student.

- desk w/ chair
- closet space
The house is a block away from the bus stop and is a single 10-15 minute bus ride to the U of M (Chancellor Circle). Parking is also available.
