STANDARD PROCEDURE: We will return documents to addresses in Canada via regular mail (U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail). Please note that we have received reports of mail being tampered. Not making use of the Courier Services is at your own risk.
COURIER SERVICE: If you wish to have your documents returned by courier, you must provide a COMPLETED air waybill and a return courier envelope for Federal Express. No other courier companies are acceptable. You must provide a recipient courier account number only (not a credit card number), entered in the appropriate billing information box. No credit cards or cheques accepted. .
Please note:
We are not responsible for filling out courier labels, verifying shipping charges, calling courier companies to collect envelopes, nor any similar activities; these are your responsibility.
If you do not provide us with the appropriate forms and fees for U.S. express mail or return courier service (please see above for full details), we will return your documents by regular mail without further notice.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING PASSPORTS LOST IN THE MAIL.
Fees should be made payable to the "CANADIAN CONSULATE GENERAL"

- Cash
- Personal Cheques
- Credit Cards
- Receipts for fees paid in Canada
- Receipts for on-line payments
- Fees in amounts other than those shown in the Fee Schedule
